Working Principle:
11kw 110L/S Water Cooled Dry Claw Vacuum Pump for Pharmaceuticals
Dry Claw Vacuum Pump is variable volume vacuum pump, pumping vacuum by volume change from big to small, and small to big. When rotors locate at the initial position, S chamber volume get small, start suction air. When rotors start reverse running, S chamber get bigger, T chamber smaller. With rotors' running, S chamber get big, suction more and more air. T chamber get small, connect outlet hole, start exhaust. Rotors' running make T chamber get small, gas get maximum compression.S chamber get biggest, suction air get end.The vacuum space consist of two claw rotors and pump body get smaller and samller with driving by synchronous gear, gas exhaust and enter next stage,then another stage,still finall stage, or atmosphere, front end produce high vacuum.
